AutoBinder policy
Copyright & DMCA Policy
AutoBinder hosts collector-provided images and descriptions. Rights holders need a practical way to flag material they believe is unauthorized.

Reporting copyrighted material
Use AutoBinder's Report action on the relevant collector/item when possible and choose the copyright reason. Include enough detail to identify the work and the allegedly infringing AutoBinder content.
What to include in a formal notice
Identify the copyrighted work, identify the AutoBinder material and where it appears, provide a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, provide an accuracy/perjury statement where legally required, and provide the rights holder's name and a way to contact them through the available support process.
Review and removal
AutoBinder administrators can review copyright reports through the moderation queue and can restrict or remove public access to reported material while the claim is evaluated.
Counter-notices
If content is removed because of a copyright complaint and you believe that happened by mistake or misidentification, use the available AutoBinder support/report process to request review and provide the basis for your claim.
Repeat misuse
Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing material or knowingly misuse the copyright process may be restricted. A formal U.S. DMCA designated-agent registration, if AutoBinder elects to rely on statutory safe-harbor procedures, is an owner/legal compliance step outside the app code.
