Terms of Service
These terms describe the rules for using AutoBinder as a collection-management and community product.

Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to use AutoBinder. Users ages 13–17 may use the collection service, but adult-content visibility remains restricted.
Collection tool, not a marketplace
AutoBinder is designed to catalog, organize, research, plan, document, and showcase autograph collections. AutoBinder does not provide an in-app buying or selling marketplace.
Your records
You are responsible for the accuracy of collection details you enter and for having the right to upload or share the images and documents you provide.
Authentication information
Certification fields, provenance records, signature maps, and collector documentation are organizational tools. AutoBinder does not authenticate signatures and does not guarantee that a signature, certificate, seller, or provenance claim is genuine.
Values and pricing
Collector values are personal estimates. Market values are research estimates. Formal appraisals are recorded separately. Active listing prices are not sold-comparable prices, and no AutoBinder estimate should be treated as a guarantee, appraisal, insurance valuation, or promise of resale value.
Appearances and conventions
Appearance data is informational and may change or be cancelled. Always verify dates, attendance, prices, venue rules, and signing terms with the linked organizer/source before spending money or traveling.
Community use
Do not harass, impersonate, defraud, threaten, spam, or intentionally publish another collector's private information. Report tools may be used to flag suspected abuse.
Availability
AutoBinder may change features, providers, limits, or integrations to protect security, data quality, performance, or legal compliance. External services can also become unavailable without AutoBinder controlling that outage.
Account termination
You may permanently delete your account through Profile. AutoBinder may restrict accounts that abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law or these terms.
